The Venice Piazza Grand Canal Mall is inspired by the Grand Canal in Venice, Italy. This place also resembles one in Venetian Macau and the one in Vegas. It is like the one in Venice, but the only difference is this Grand Canal is a man-made, located inside a mall named after the canal. 

It is the first man-made canal in the Philippines, where you can ride gondolas like the one in Venice, Italy with your "the one" while indulging the Venetian feelings and, most especially, enjoying the splendid music of singing gondoliers. Isn't it romantic? You don't have to spend buckets of money just to go to Italy for gondolas and gondoliers, because we also have that in the Philippines.

Perfect place for everyone indeed! It has a fresh and cool ambiance. I'm impressed with the unique Italian design around it. Most people hang around for the cheap food here. So if you're looking for dinning at cost efficient middle to highly priced dining, around Php 1000, they're already available.

Unfortunately, there gondola rides are still unavailable because the mall is still under-construction. This place is not a hundred percent done but people rush here to visit the place. As of now people just come here for the fast food and take pictures then go. There are still a lot of developments needed, more restaurants and stores to be opened!

It is expected to be very beautiful after it's fully done. But for now, the people need to wait for more months. The picture above is the expected look of the Grand Canal after its completion.
